Distilled for the Rhum de Père Labat on the island of Marie-Galante, just south of Guadeloupe, this rhum agricole spends 8 years maturing in oak before it is bottled. Rich, simmering spices abound! Plenty of dark fruit, clove, ginger and almond notes throughout - very enjoyable.
