Pusser's Night Watch Black Strap Dark
Created to mark Trafalgar Day on 21 October, Pusser’s Night Watch Black Strap is a limited edition rum built on premium Louisiana blackstrap molasses and blended with aged rum from Guyana’s legendary wooden pot stills. A proper blackstrap rum with history, heft and plenty of flavour for anyone who enjoys the darker end of the spectrum.

Nose
Thick treacle, burnt sugar, liquorice, cocoa and dark molasses with a savoury edge.
Palate
Dense blackstrap character leads with toffee, tarry sweetness, caramel and rich molasses, supported by notes of coffee cake and dark spice.
Finish
Long, sticky and brooding with lingering molasses, brown sugar and a final flicker of oak.
