Crafted around a core of quality Caribbean rum, naturally flavoured with indulgent layers of creamy chocolate and pistachio, there are endless ways to enjoy this decadent delight. At a generous 42% ABV, it's bold and flavoursome in equal measure. Sip it neat, stir up an Old Fashioned, shake it with espresso... or how about a rum-based White Russian?

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Marzipan leads the charge, with notes of creamy, boozy tiramisu. Chocolate mousse and hints of pistachio cookies develop in time, backed by vanilla, butterscotch, and Bakewell Tart.

Palate

Syrupy layers of silky chocolate, candied almonds, and pistachio ice cream are backed by sweet notes of frangipane, buttery pastry, and sticky baklava. Cherries soaked in liqueur, and chocolate marzipan nestle beneath.

Finish

Crème caramel, burnt custard, choc chip muffins, cannoli, maple pastries, far off ginger, and a smidge of Nesquik.
