Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Raisins and sultanas drenched in rum, candied orange peel, mince pie filling, fragrant wafts of ginger and cinnamon.
Palate
Clearly Christmas pudding inspired, with authentic notes of brown sugar, nutmeg, dried fruit, and a subtle buttery hint of vanilla. Layers of honey, citrus, and a smidge of tangy tropical fruit develop underneath.
Finish
Orange zest, almond, dried cherry, and a final touch of ginger.
