Guyanese Demerara Port Mourant rum. This expression was distilled in 2010 on the double wooden pot still, and matured until it was bottled by Bristol Spirits in 2021. A real treat for rum aficionados.
Molasses and burnt sugar, along with rich oak, candied orange, liquorice, and woody spices.
