This marvellous rum was distilled over in Panama back in 2008, where it matured for 12 years, before heading over to France! In France (Javrezac, to be specific), it was allowed a finishing period of a year in Ferrand Cognac casks, before eventually being bottled up at 45.7% ABV as part of Plantation's extensive range. It features a nautical theme to the packaging, including a selection of whales, which is neat.
