Another fabulous Fijian rum from Plantation! Distilled at South Pacific Distilleries in 2005, the spirit was rested in bourbon casks in the tropical climate for 14 years. Before bottling, it was sent over to France to rest in Cognac casks for a year. The fruity, sweet rum was bottled at 50.2% ABV, boasting spice and caramel galore.
