Père Labat Parcellaire Les Mangles
A rather special agricole rhum from Père Labat, distilled on the island of Marie-Galante, south of Guadeloupe. This expression explores the idea of terroir and is produced from sugar cane harvested from a single parcel of land, nicknamed Les Mangles. Unaged, and bottled up at 53% ABV, allowing the character of the raw material to shine.
