Père Labat Blanc Bio 70cl Rum

A superb unaged agricole rhum from Père Labat, distilled on the island of Marie-Galante, south of Guadeloupe. Organically grown, hand-harvested sugar cane is used to produce this one, treated to a long five-day fermentation before copper column distillation, and bottled up at a bold 52% ABV.
