
Well-aged rum from Panama here, this spends its first three years in ex bourbon casks, before being transferred to Canadian and Tennessee rye whiskey casks for a whopping 20 years! Fantastically balanced, with a smooth character and extremely enjoyable depth, this is a great sipping rum.
Sweet banana fritters and almond tarts meet hot, peppery oak and smooth creamy vanilla. The barrel influence works wonderfully, with deep dark caramel and cacao on the finish.
