Arcane Cane Crush
Here we have Arcane Cane Crush, an agricole-style rhum from Mauritius made from fresh sugarcane. This expression is double distilled, first in Mauritius in traditional pot stills, and then a second time in Cognac in smaller alembic stills. It is then bottled unaged – the result is a fresh and zesty rum. We reckon this would make a killer Daiquiri, though it's certainly good enough to sip on the rocks.

Prominent sugarcane with a great helping of fresh herbs, alongside lemon, lime and grapefruit citrus, balanced by tropical fruit sweetness and a pinch of pepper on the finish.
