An unaged rum from Madeira, Portugal - bet you weren't expecting that, were you? One of Madeira's best-kept secrets, these rums are intense and funky, with a distinctive note of olive running through them. Hence the funky olive king on the label of That Boutique-y Rum Company's O Reizinho bottling.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Super vegetal with sparkling green notes jumping from the glass. Pungent unripe banana and fresh green olives with saline seaweed notes and lively black pepper. There’s a slight nuttiness, too.
Palate
There’s even more of those green olive notes with that saltiness, backed with the green banana and gentle pepper. A classic, clean unaged sugar cane juice rum.
Finish
Long, pungent and lingering.
Overall
Crisp, clean and incredibly characterful.
