
An intriguingly smoky spiced rum here from the Newfoundland Distillery up in Canada, which features sea salt, kelp, and charred birch, alongside floral notes of wild Newfoundland roses. It's most certainly flavoursome stuff, and particularly impressive too. We reckon it'd made a brilliant Rum Hot Toddy...
Earthy smoke with a very subtle hint of bitterness, balanced by rosewater, brown sugar, and cooked pineapple.
