New Yarmouth 15 Year Old 2009 (cask 1) - Bedford Park 70cl Rum

Distilled at Jamaica's New Yarmouth in 2009, this characterful rum spent its first few years tropically maturing before transferring to Europe in 2012 to complete its maturation in a second-fill bourbon barrel. The cask was opened in 2025 by independent bottler Bedford Park, releasing a total of 221 cask strength bottles.
