A triple distilled white rum, aged using the solera method in the Dominican Republic. Matusalem Platino is crisp, clean and tangy, and works beautifully in cocktails.
Nice and dry, perfect if you don't want anything too sweet.
I've been mixing Planter's Cocktail #2 from the Savoy Cocktail Book with this - splendid.
