Nose

Rich and sweet with brown sugar, molasses, and butterscotch, joined by toasted oak, hints of sweet orange, candied pineapple, banana bread, and subtle ripe banana funk.

Palate

Robust and laden with sherried fruit and spice. Rum and raisin fudge, soaked sultanas, a lick of treacle, and honey-drizzled dates, with leathery oak nestling in the depths.

Finish

Chewy oak, with delicate notes of tobacco and leather, rich, dark sugar sweetness, with tropical waves of guava and dried pineapple, and a pinch of clove.
