This characterful rum drops neatly into our CaskCade Collection, a homage to some of our favourite arcade machines. A blend of Guyanese and Jamaican rum, it spent three years in an oloroso sherry cask between 2023 and 2026, yielding 142 bottles stacked with sweet spice and fruit.

Nose

Rich and sweet with brown sugar, molasses, and butterscotch, joined by toasted oak, hints of sweet orange, candied pineapple, banana bread, and subtle ripe banana funk.

Palate

Robust and laden with sherried fruit and spice. Rum and raisin fudge, soaked sultanas, a lick of treacle, and honey-drizzled dates, with leathery oak nestling in the depths.

Finish

Chewy oak, with delicate notes of tobacco and leather, rich, dark sugar sweetness, with tropical waves of guava and dried pineapple, and a pinch of clove.

ANOTHER GREAT RUM

Yet another great Rum from MOM. The tasting notes, in my opinion are spot on. This Rum reminds me very much of Cadenhead's Clasic Rum. More please.
