MarlinSpike Rum is made using a combination of aged rums distilled in Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica and Barbados. Not only is it a wonderful spirit to use in cocktails and mixed drinks (the producers even suggest trying it with tonic!), a portion of the yearly profit of MarlinSpike is donated to a global non-profit organisation to help support the maintaining of the oceans.
