Description

More than five years in the making, Manchester Rum First Edition marks a new chapter for the team behind Manchester Gin. Guatemalan white rum was redistilled with botanicals beneath the city’s railway arches before being laid down to mature. The final blend brings together spirit aged in bourbon, rum and shaved, toasted and recharred casks, giving you plenty to explore here beyond your usual rum and mixer.

Nose

Orange and vanilla, with warming cassia spice.

Palate

Rich vanilla and citrus, supported by cacao and cinnamon-like spice.

Finish

Lingering cacao and cassia, with softer vanilla sweetness.
