This edition of Liverpool Lost Dock Rum includes pineapple, for an additional tropical twist on its classic spiced rum. Combining some of the products which would have historically entered Liverpool via its Old Dock, the likes of tea, sugar, fruits, and spices – there are plenty of flavours to explore here!
Juicy charred pineapples with spicy cinnamon heat. Anise, cardamom, and ginger with gentle wafts of caramel and vanilla.
Cracking rum.. not overly sweet like some pineapple rums. Really enjoyed it....made Dock and Stormy from cocktail ideas on their website!!
