Liv Pot Distilled White Rum comes to us all the way from Scotland (it's made by the same people who created the tasty Matugga Rum!), and from the name, you can probably guess how it was made. However, you might not have guessed that the Scottish micro-distillery goes the extra mile and ferments its sugar cane molasses itself! After a week of fermentation, ensuring a full-bodied flavour profile, it's triple-distilled in handmade copper stills before being bottled up at 42.5% ABV. A versatile spirit, suitable for all sorts of cocktails and mixed drinks.
