The fantastically tropical flavours of passionfruit and pineapple lend themselves to this rum, which is fermented and distilled in Scotland. With a balanced sweetness, and plenty of fruit flavour, this rum should stand out in all sorts of cocktails, or try it simply lengthened with soda and a good squeeze of lime.
I purchased this rum after seeing it on the tv and it's delicious. I like it with lemonade or cream soda with lots of ice.
