Liv Navy Strength White Rum
A Navy Strength variation of Liv's white rum, produced at the micro-distillery in Livingston, Scotland (by the same folks behind the excellent Matugga Rum. The distillers ferment the sugar cane molasses themselves for a week, before triple-distilling it in handmade copper pot stills, and then bottle it up at 57.5% ABV. A great choice for cocktails and mixed drinks, this.

Big and bold with pink peppercorn, fruity esters and plenty of brown sugar sweetness.
