A fascinating 15 year old rum made up of a blend of 70% double pot-distilled sugar cane juice and 30% column still molasses rum. It was aged in old American oak barrels and named after the heroes of the Mexican revolution: Los Valientes means 'the valiant' or 'the brave'.
Burnt sugar, thick molasses and toasty oak.
Caramel, dark chocolate, ginger and exotic dark spices.
Spicy, lingering mocha.

This is excellent dry rum, not sweetened children's rum if you'[re a fan of bourbon you'll love it.
