A white Cuban rum, that spent a short time resting in oak barrels prior to a final filtration to remove the colour. Hugely popular in Spain.

I originally found out about then Legendario range whilst talking to a Portuguese cocktail maker whilst on holiday and have since bought every variant I can get my hands on. The Anjeo Blanco is not only Superb in cocktails or mixed with cola; but is also pleasant to drink neat as an aperitif due to it sweet syrupy texture. Another great rum from the guys at Legendario.
