This rum is produced at an organic sugar mill, from single-estate organic sugar cane molasses in the Arroyos y Esteros region of Paraguay. Slow fermentation and copper pot distillation ensure a rich, estery spirit, packed with complex character that'll shine both sipped neat and in cocktails.
