The Labourdonnais distillery in Mauritius celebrates the country's extinct national bird, the dodo, with this splendid agricole rum. Distilled from pure sugar cane juice, the rum aged in Cognac barrels for five years in the tropical climes of Mauritius before being filled into a striking ceramic bottle shaped like the head of a dodo!
