A wonderful spiced rum from Labourdonnais in Mauritius, boasting a whole host of warming, toasty elements alongside bold notes of vibrant, vegetal rum. More than suitable for sipping neat, though we'd love to see some cocktails made with this expression, too.
Cinnamon gum, stem ginger, earthy vanilla, wet grass, Seville orange marmalade, a touch of liquorice.
