Labourdonnais Amélia 70cl Rum

An intriguing expression from Labourdonnais in Mauritius, this rum has been aged in ruby Port casks, and macerated with vanilla pods, to create a rich, sweet, decadent spirit. We can see this combo of intense vanilla and red fruit notes working well in all kinds of cocktails, as well as being grand for serving over ice.
