This expression from Mauritius' Labourdonnais has been allowed time to mature in casks that previously held Cognac, and given an infusion of vanilla and calamondin, which is a type of citrus that is a cross between a mandarin and a kumquat. As such, you can expect an enjoyably creamy and zesty rum, which we reckon would be great for sipping over ice on a hot evening.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
