Jump aboard the Master of Malt cruise ship and let's all set sail for Mauritius! All you need is a glass of this rum and a little imagination, because let's be clear, the cruise ship ain't real, but this rum certainly is! Distilled at Labourdonnais in Mauritius in 2010, this gem was initially matured in a refill barrel, then transferred to teeny little PX sherry octaves to finish. A total of 326 bottles join our independent Master of Malt collection, without added colour or chill filtration.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet and mellow with browned butter, trickles of caramel, and syrupy sultanas, grounded by gentle oak, new leather, banana chips, and pencil shavings.
Palate
Soft fudge opens the way before a warming helping of nutmeg and oaken spice. White chocolate buttons, vanilla sponge, a touch of mango, and elegant, creamy chai latte.
Finish
A medley of warming spices and mellow oak, balancing subtle sweetness with creamy toffee, vanilla, milky coffee, peppercorns, and nutmeg.
