Unfortunately, we can't ship Chamarel VS Rum to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
This is the VS expression of Chamarel rhum agricole, distilled in Mauritius using sugarcane which they cultivate themselves.
Nose: Caramel and butterscotch, juxtaposed by grassy freshness and a little cigar box.
Palate: Milk chocolate, cinnamon sticks, dried fruit and stem ginger.
Finish: Lasting honey and vanilla sweetness.

Although this is a Rhum Agricole, the 3 years in cask have taken the rough edges off it and the bourbon cask it was aged in have given it a good nose and taste. It also comes in a very fancy bottle.
