Description

Single barrel rhum agricole - a treat that we don't see nearly enough. This wonderfully well-aged example of it comes from the Mauritius-based producer, Chamarel, whom distilled the sugar cane juice spirit and set the barrel aside for maturation back in 2010. Now we can enjoy the fruits of their labour...

Overall

Spicy oak kicks in right from the get-go, joined by waves of juicy mango and BBQ pineapple. Subtle hints of eucalyptus and cinnamon.
