La Mauny XO Rhum Vieux Agricole
From Martinique's Maison La Mauny, an exceptional aged rhum agricole. Distilled from sugar cane, this comprises a blend of over 10 rums each aged in oak for at least six years before being selected and married by La Mauny's cellar master. Oaken spice supports macerated fruit sweetness, which we reckon ought to work rather well for twists on classic spirit-forward cocktails.
