La Maison Du Rhum 2011 - Salvador Batch 4 70cl Rum

The third batch of stunning rum from El Salvador to join the collection from La Maison Du Rhum. Column distilled in 2011, this one initially matured in bourbon casks, and was treated to a finish in former Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine casks before bottling in 2021. Plenty of tannic oak and rich vinous fruit notes to be found among the molasses, caramel, and spice in this one.
