A single cask borrling from West Indies Rum & Cane Merchants, distilled at La Bourdonnais over on the island of Mauritius. It's made from sugar cane juice, and was left to mature in a single second fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butt. Finally, it was bottled at 46% ABV, boasting a fabulous mahogany colour and a fruity flavour profile.
