John Paul Jones Lowland rum has been aged in American oak casks, and interestingly it's also steeped in handpicked Scottish seaweed, which imparts a distinctive savoury, coastal element to the bold, sweet rum. Well-balanced, and ought to make for some fascinating cocktails.

Hadn't been a fan of rum until I tried this, perfectly balanced! Delicious with a wee bit of ginger ale.
