Jah45 Spiced Rum
This spiced rum from Jah45 combines a blend of three year old pot still Jamaican rum along with unaged column still rums. After distillation, the blend is macerated with vanilla, cinammon, citrus and dash of pimento for 48 hours, resulting in a complex rum full to the brim with flavour. Jah45 is reminiscent of the classic soundsystem era in Kingston in the 1950s and '60s.

Zesty orange citrus, aromatic cardamom, nutmeg and cinnamon, with honey and vanilla balanced by a pinch of pimento pepper heat.
