A white rum from the Martinique. This J Bally Blanc was distilled from fresh sugar cane juice in the rhum agricole style.
The nose is fresh and clean with notes of fresh sugar, winter spice, berries and a floral note.
The palate is delicate and crisp with notes of dry spice and ginger.
The finish is spiced and warming.
