Created during 2020 Lockdown, Hygge is a small batch Caribbean rum infused with the likes of ginger, nutmeg and clove. In addition to these classic spiced rum flavours, natural lime and caramel are added, to bring a wonderful zesty, sweet finish to this comforting tipple. Hygge is a Danish word, used to describe the feeling of true happiness, we think this would work wonderfully sipped neat beside a cosy fire in the colder months and just as well as a refreshing summer cocktail. Serve in the glass which makes you happiest whilst reclining in your favourite chair, reading your favourite book, or doing whatever makes you feel... Hygge.

Hygge Spiced Rum, is not to be underestimated. The unique blend of botanicals is amazing, creating a wonderful taste and flavour. Personally I have tried a variety of rums, this is my firm favourite.
My favourite drink. I first bought Hygge rum purely based on the name as I’m a big fan of the concept and Denmark and I like some Spiced Rum’s so why not. I didn’t expect to like it quite as much as I did, but I’ve become a bit of a fan! I don’t drink anything neat as I just don’t enjoy the burn, so I can’t comment how well this could be drunk neat. But with Regular Coke this was just perfect. Quite sweet, lots of caramel notes and quite potent but it is just delicious. A bit too easy drinking to be honest. I would say it makes a great celebration drink and it definitely feels like wee hug in a glass.
