A spiced, aged agricole rum isn't something you see every day, but that's exactly what we've got here with Spiced Bam Bam from Australia's Husk Distillers! A base of barrel-aged Australian agricole rum has been infused for three months with a whole host of fragrant botanicals, including native roasted wattle seed, ginger and sun-dried orange and mandarin peel, along with Tahitian vanilla beans, cinnamon and a pinch of local sea salt. It's so flavoursome that it's good enough to sip over ice with an orange slice (we can feel a Bam Bam Old Fashioned coming on), though ginger beer ought to do well for a longer serve.
