30ml Elizabeth Yard Sherry Cask Edition
15ml honey syrup (made to a 2:1 recipe)
15ml fresh lime juice
45ml sparkling wine
Fresh mint to garnish
Shake and fine strain all ingredients except wine. Top with wine, garnish with mint.
