
Distilled from organic molasses at the Hogerzeil Distillery in Paraguay, Jules Verne has been aged in American oak casks which previously held bourbon. The spice of the rum balances rather well with the creamy, char notes from the cask influence.
Notes of oak char alongside rich treacle, citrus blossom, aromatic spices and a dry, oaky finish.
