Created to be a new take on spiced rum, BaaBaa is made in small batches in South Wales. A base of Caribbean spiced rum that was distilled three times in the Bahamas with cinnamon, black peppercorn, nutmeg, spiced berries, orange peel was then distilled again at Hensol Castle Distillery and infused with toasted coconut, fresh lime juice, Eastern Asian wild hibiscus, and lotus blossom, the latter two infusing it with that beautiful colour you see. It was then brought to bottling strength with Welsh water from the Brecon Beacons. Very interesting stuff, this.
