From the Helios distillery in Okinawa, known for its delicious whiskies, comes a Japanese rum! Teeda is a blend of pot still rums, aged in bourbon barrels and bottled at five years old. There's no caramel or any of that to be seen here, just pure delicious rum. Teeda is the Okinawan word for 'sun', which ties in very nicely with Helios and all that. We see what they did there.
Oak char and treacly molasses notes, with spicy cinnamon, old oak and maple syrup on fresh pancakes, with apricot on the finish.
