Hawkshead Rum
In the heart of the Lake District, Hawkshead Brewery not only produces beer but also a range of spirits! Matured in its own Hawkshead Brewery Windermere Pale Ale barrels, this is a most enjoyable rum with plenty of light, fruity character and spice. Should be excellent in an array of cocktails, or mixed with a nice cloudy apple juice!

Gently sweet with soft, citrusy oak, suggestions of banana and anise.
