This white rum from Hattiers, dubbed Eminence, brings together rums from all over the globe! Unaged Jamaican rum is blended with aged rum from Trinidad, Australia and Barbados, bottled over in Devon. It's filtered through carbon to remove any colour, so we reckon it'll look (and taste!) great in a Daiquiri.
Subtly creamy, with barbecued pineapple, dried banana and toasted nuts.
