The Pagos collection from Hampden Estate sees the legendary Jamaican rum producer experiment with sherry cask maturation. This batch of the high ester pot still Jamaican rum was blended from a batch of 16 sherry casks sourced from Bodegas Fundador in Jerez, some of which previously held sherry for 30 years! Expect a collision of estery, fruity funk and dense, sherried oak here.
