Hampden Estate's Great House series is a limited annual release, available from the distillery itself or on a few selected markets, such as our very own Master of Malt. The series is named after the practice of storing casks of rum in the estate's 'Great House' before they were shipped to Europe or America. The 2022 blend brings together rums from different vintages, and showcases some deliciously expressive high and medium ester marks.
Plenty of tropical fruit, with medicinal notes throughout, fresh sugarcane, sweet liquorice and green herbs, and creamy caramel.
