Martinican rhum agricole from Habitation Saint-Étienne, which has enjoyed a year-long finishing period in casks that previously held intensely sweet Sauternes wine. We reckon this'll be ace.
A good balance of sweetness from the wine alongside the robust grassy spice of the rhum.
