This interesting release from Habitation Saint-Étienne sees their aged rhum agricole finished in casks which previously were home to Highland single malt whisky for over a year! We'll be intrigued to see what impact this has on the rhum (and how it compared to their expression which is finished in Islay single malt whisky casks).
Classic rhum agricole grassy notes, supported by chewy caramel, mineral-rich smoke and toasted almonds.
